<正>随着生活水平的不断提高及健康知识的普及，越来越多的家长在下一代的儿童时期选择了包皮环切术。美国有40%～67%的父母为了卫生和医疗方面的获益而为其子选择包皮环切术[1]。虽然包皮环切是一种小手术，但术后仍有一定概率的并发症发生[2]。特别是儿童包茎、包皮过长合并包皮阴茎头粘连非常普遍，术后粘连创面的溃疡发生率极高[3-4]，不仅增加术后伤口的疼痛不适，而且延长伤口愈合的时间。为了减轻儿童包皮环切术后疼痛，促进溃疡创面愈合，给患儿及家长提供一个相对舒适的医疗体验，我科于2020年1-6月在包皮环切术中使用液体敷料覆盖粘连创面，观察该敷料在减轻术后疼痛，促进溃疡创面愈合，缩短恢复病程等方面的临床疗效。
